  • Customers may cancel or reschedule a service by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for missed or late cancellations.

  • In the event we must cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • To ensure safety and efficiency, customers agree to:

    • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the service location.
