At JWL Home Services, LLC, we value our customers and stand behind the quality of our handyman services. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.

 

1. Service Satisfaction

  • If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 3 business days of completion.

  • We will first attempt to address and correct the issue at no additional cost.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

 

  • Work was not performed as agreed in the service contract or written estimate.

  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

  • Materials or parts charged to the customer were not used in the service.

 

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after services have been performed.

  • Pre-existing issues or damages not related to the work performed.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations (see Terms & Conditions for cancellation fees).

 

3. Deposits & Advance Payments

  • Deposits or advance payments may be required for certain jobs.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to perform the agreed services.

 

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following:

  • Your full name and service address.

  • The date of service.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Proof of payment (receipt, invoice, or transaction confirmation).

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
